3C - Formula for Effective Leadership

You are a boss of a company or director of a team or a leader of a party or President of a community or supreme of management or supervisor of a family, while playing all such above roles, while balancing all such responsibilities when you get tired, be victim of stress, shatters, fights with all the situation as "One Man Show" shows your inability to lead effectively & this inability can act as a hindrance to reach pinnacle of leadership.
                          Often it is seen that whenever a decision taken by the leader goes wrong, the team & system is blamed for the same but in reality the reason of failure lies somewhere in the management & principles which are applied while taking decisions by the leader.
                          Maybe, selecting better group or unit may not be in leader's hands but to make them best & groom them through impressive leadership skills & qualities is definitely in a leader's control.
                          In today's fast life, an effective & spotless leadership is the most challenging job far more challenging than 20-20 cricket match.
                          
All these challenges can be faced boldly if you are aware about 3C Formula. 3C indicates:
1. Co-ordination
2. Co-Operation
3. Communication


CO - ORDINATION : Level of unity among members is not decided by the long list of members you have rather it depends upon the mutual co -ordination among the members .It is the responsibility of a leader to find out the views & interest of the member, assign them responsibilities according to their abilities & create an environment of co - ordination.

                                            "Make each & every person feel important" 
This thought will not only bring closeness rather provides a huge army of responsible members. It is not important that each suggestion of every member to be brought into action but for graceful & impressive leadership, it's important to listen to their suggestion carefully & turn them decision which you feel would be beneficial for the company.



CO - OPERATION: Identification of a company or organization, for how far they reach or up to what limit they can face challenges or create milestones - the answers to these questions is decided by the nature of the boss. By supporting every task of a managerial to laborer level, not only enhances the team member's faith in him but also adds to the life of leadership .The leadership can only sustain in this fast running & ' competitive life when a leader makes" himself practical while supporting every task of his subordinates . Co-operative nature is not solely related to financial but the mare important aspect is emotional one. The leader who supports his subordinates emotionally, gains due respect among the members.

COMMUNICATION: Undoubtedly, the entire control of unity lies in the hands of a leader & he can reach to any decision using his rights, be it the decision of restigating the manager or 4th grade employee or is to change the rules & regulations of a company , or adopting the latest technology of marketing or to remove tension between team members . Communication is the most effective solution to any problem. Brighter side of serious leadership is the positive communication of a leader with its subordinates & manager & this can make the leadership effective & impressive.
