Motivation - Oxygen for Success

Success is the most difficult path to walk on but the people who
keep trying to reach their goals are those who are self motivated."
Motivation is the only key to success". The people who have lost in the
game of success a lot of time can only raise & walk on the path of
achieving success if they are self motivated or motivated by others.
"Motivation for accepting challenges is like oxygen for life
whereas false praising acts like carbon di-oxide which can lead to the
end".
You cannot get success in a fraction of second; you need a strong
will power, burning desire & zeal to do it. You should be confident &
motivated enough to realize your dreams because dreams & success are not
like the lamp of Aladdin wherein you will rub the genie to fulfill your dreams
or take you to the path of success. But the person who actually thinks so is
-doing nothing rather than fooling himself. Therefore, motivation is the only
capsule to recharge a person & show him the positive side of life leading
to success.
It is not so that motivation is only a word to success but it
has been proved in research by a famous psychologist where people were tested
on how long can they bear & stand in ice cold water?? Out of 100 people, 98
could not bear the ice cold water for more than 10 minutes but there were 2
people who could stand for hours. It isn't that they were not HUMAN but they
were the people with self, motivation & were motivated by their
supervisors. So, we can say that motivation can make the most difficult path
simple.
According to John C Maxwell- "Improvement can help a lot but
for a person who has already given up as he was never appreciated for his work,
motivation can act as a rising sun in his life". Mythlogically, if we talk
about Mahabharata, the only reason for success of Arjun was motivation by Shri
Krishna. If Krishna have not provoked & motivated Arjun to such a great
extent than Arjun would have never won & got his wealth^ position, society
& respect back. Leaving mythological example, if we see in day to day life
then we will find that behind every successful person, the level of motivation
plays the most important role in the path of success whether be it a star or
singer, producer or writer, co - coordinator or supervisor, director or
manager, or dealer or counselor. The only formula which will be true for all is
"More the motivation, more the success"
A good leader is
one who can find & motivate the hidden talents +who have left the hopes of
success. A good leader can play positive role by uplifting such people of
society. According to David Dey Shwartz "Your importance & success
doesn't lie in what you yourself do but it is measured by the level of
motivation you give to your co partners & people around you".
Maybe, you lose or win in a game but if you can appreciate the
efforts done by the others or your efforts are appreciated y others then this
appreciation can lead you to a new path of success.
"Motivation Leads to perfection"
Every person is unique & has some or the other talent to do
something different which can leave a mark or make history. There are people
who take the most difficult challenges as a game & do something never heard
& never done like the first person to go to the moon, the first person to
cross the ocean or the first person to reach highest peak of Himalaya. They did
something or other which was very unique & they could attain this goal
& perfection only because of motivation.
Success in not always about winning. It is also about leaving a good
impression on people & your competitors. This attitude of yours can lead to
goodwill & is also one of the factors to gain success in life.
"Hard work never proves fettle"
These are the magical
words & people who follow these words with motivation can bring a diverse
change in their ability & personality and if you motivate someone then they
will always be thankful to you. Someone has well said that "Everyone can
spread happiness in other's life but to spread happiness in other's path is
very difficult job". Of course lay down flowers in your own path but even
lay buds on other's path.
MORAL: A small effort from your side for success of others can
prove as important as oxygen for life.
